Tiny Snowmen
Tiny Snowmen are lots of fun to make and very easy. Who doesn’t love snowmen. This is the season!! You can decorate them any way you want. You will learn a few techniques to get you started with your felting fun.

Mystery Feltings…….
These are just examples of “Mystery Feltings”. As you can see, everyone’s is very different and yours will be, also. Hence……..it is a “Mystery Felting”. You will learn to felt and learn several felting techniques in the process of making your felting. So much fun for any level!!

Class Explanation—Please read if you are interested in taking classes.
January 2020 I would like to explain how my classes will work for now. Classes will vary in the number of sessions each class will involve. Most Beginner’s classes will likely be 2 or 3 sessions of approximately 3 hours each. Each session class fee will be $5.00. Supplies will be extra. If the class has 2 sessions, the total for class fees will be $10; 3 sessions will be $15. Most beginner classes will be from $5 to $10 for supplies which will include your wool and 2 needles for the first class. Most cases, closer to $5.00. If you still have your needles for another class you will pay only for wool. If you need needles, they will be $1.25 each. I do have a few kits left which are a great buy and convenient. The kits have 2 oz of core wool (cream in color, the color of sheep) and 6 colors in packages of .5 oz of wool, each pkg/color. Six needles come in the kits, 2 of each size. You also get your working pad (foam) which is a must for felting. The kit is $30. You will be able to do several small feltings. I usually have core wool on hand all the time, which I can sell you as you need it. “Core” wool is what you will use most of. If you get “hooked”, you will likely be buying wool from a vendor on-line. Right now I recommend “Living Felt”. Sadly, the wool batting we use for this art is not available in most stores. There are many vendors on-line you can buy from.
I will post the days scheduled for all sessions with the classes. Please make sure you can attend all classes before you sign up for the entire session. It’s hard to move forward with those who are on time, when others come late. Needle felting is very doable for most people but it is time consuming. It involves a ton of needling to create felt. Therefore, you will have felting that will need to be done between sessions. You will have learned in class what you will be doing at home. When you come for the next session we will be ready to move forward with more instruction. It will be the same between second and third sessions. Hopefully, you will be so excited you will be glad to be felting at home knowing what you are doing. Of course, the more you felt the better you will get, as with anything.
